When I went to New Zealand many years ago, I fell in love with quiche. Why did it take going all the way to New Zealand to try quiche? I don’t know, but I love it, and I think they do it better. I feel like I never get to have good quiche anymore. Not many places serve it, and those that do often only offer vegetable or garden quiche, which often includes broccoli–yuck. So I came home from work last week, and Z was pulling a quiche out of the oven. He is a perfect man.
