Potato, onion & gruyére gratin

I had to cut out the half we'd already served.

This quickly became a household hit. I ate it for lunch at work many a day, and it quickly caught the eye of a colleague (as B. calls us). The recipe is from Food From the Place Below (p. 79), our English cookbook. I don’t really feel right posting recipes that aren’t already available on the internet, so this will be one more you’ll only get a picture of. However, and this goes for all the food I post, if any of my friends or family would like a recipe, I’m only a text or email away.
