This is a new recipe Z and I tried from Naturally Ella. For our assorted vegetables, we used carrots, cauliflower, and maybe green onions? I don’t remember. You can see some bean sprouts on top. It was pretty good, but we didn’t add nearly enough spices.
The bean sprouts were an excellent topper for this dish, but we’re having an awful time eating the rest. We could only buy them in a 400g bag, which was way more than we needed. We used some in another dish and threw them on top of some grains and veggies, but it’s no use. There’s a lot left, and they’re probably bad now. Why aren’t there small bags? Who uses 400g of bean sprouts in three days? Bah.
