Broccoli pasta

For a long time Zach has wanted me to like broccoli. I don’t like it. Sorry, that’s one of my foods. Broccoli’s texture is better when it’s raw, but the flavor is stronger. The flavor is more tolerable when it’s cooked, but then it’s gross and mushy. I try to avoid it altogether. Unfortunately (for both of us) one of Z’s favorite meals is broccoli pasta. Usually I make my own dinner when Z makes broccoli pasta, but this time I had a serving of it. It’s good if you pile a ton of Parmesan cheese over it.

It’s really easy to make. The recipe is from Stone Soup.
